This type of kokoshnik has not only bracket frame but also such details as "ears" and duckweed like net of mother-of pearl bugle beads. This headdress also decorated with golden and silver embroidery, glass insets and sequins. This type of is known as "kika Novgorodskaya" and was used to wear among noble people in the 17th century. In the late 19th century such a type of headdress remained in Northern-West region. A young just married woman wore it on the second day of wedding.
